Reiki is an ancient method of opening the individual to receiving "Life Force Energy." The art allows a deep healing on a cellular level to be transmitted and received simultaneously. Shenayda is a three-tradition Reiki master and teacher of the Usui System (Japanese), the Tibetan system, and the Sai Baba, or Karuna System. She is also proud to introduce the Shakti Reiki system, a system which heals varying levels of abuse from physical and sexual violation, to Greater Phoenix.

Initiation into the Usui Reiki system involves three stages: I, II, Master, and Master Teacher, and each stage can be done as part of a class or workshop.

The Tibetan and Karuna systems add dimensions and symbols which enhance an already rich & full healing system, and can be incorporated into a two-day workshop, or one very long class day.

The Shakti Reiki class is a separate, but extended class which includes initiation with nine new symbols.
