Change

Fear not the movement of the heavens above or the earth below
For change is what we are, my child.
Righteous are those who look up and sway with the wind,
Who look down and dance with the shifting of the soil,
Who swim with the movement of the tides,
Who seek the truth around them and discover that we are
And have always been in paradise.
The reflections of heaven on earth. Amen…

Know my child, that there is no evil, save blind faith, ignorance,
And the desire to blame others for the devastation left in the wake of change
Change, my child
Change is in the heavens
Change is on this earth
Change is all around us
And if we are reflections of the divine
We must roll with these changes,
For we are these changes.
Eyes wide open
We must look upon the heavens as a mirror
Wide awake, aware, deeply breathing

And when the shit comes down, my child, you will be there,
A true and holy survivor to inherit the kingdom of God.
You will rise above the rumbles of the unprepared to greet the new day,
to drink from the sweet fruit of the vine, the water of life, the blood of the risen Christ, my child.

I feel we are in a very exciting time on Planet Earth. I have been waiting for some of the changes that are here, and are now showing us the way to be a more compassionate and centered world. Of course, it looks like chaos and disruption.

However, our faith and the courage to act on that faith is being asked for, and needed to move forward. Our choices are to be frozen by fear, or move out of our comfort zones and create what we need. With the help that is ever-present we can and will create a better us and world to live in.

I remember my Teacher Bob Gibson saying ”Bring it on”. There is only now, and that now makes the next moment. Let us make each moment count.

A Message for the Winter Holidays!

The lining up of Jupiter, Venus and the moon allows us to feel more loving. Tears of unknown origin fill our hearts and eyes. I call it a cleansing after a movement of darkness… as a veil is lifted, we know we must move on to our greater destiny even if it is hard or challenging. New hope for the world sings in our ears. We are beginning to really know we are in this world together. The playing field is being leveled so all mankind can walk in kindness regardless of color, creed, or choice of beliefs in God, Great Spirit, Yahweh, the Universe, Eternal Source, Nature, or any of too many more to mention.

I thank all who have shared your hearts with me this year, may peace and love prevail.

Together in the light, Shenayda

Social Consciousness is vibrating with the tone of fear: fear of lack; fear of loss of money, position, and power; and all that represents that illusion of control.

What is Happening?

Social Consciousness is vibrating with the tone of fear: fear of lack; fear of loss of money, position, and power; and all that represents that illusion of control.

To assist in the continual fear, we finally care what happens with government. We have been steeped in apathy and denial in this arena. As we know, the unknown is a playground for the ego/mind. I would like to present these facts:

    * We have no control of people, places, things and situations.
* You can, however, have an effect on your attitudes regarding the above factors.
* Our inner and other movements are a direct command from none other than ourselves.
* Ask for what you want rather than focus on what you don’t want, not by speaking it, acting on it, supporting it.
* There is plenty of money and jobs. Be creative.
* Send out gratitude for all you have and have experienced.

Stress-Buster Suggestions: Try “Peace & Calm” and “Joy” oils from Young Living (call 800-371-3515 and use Shenayda’s member number, #604905, or contact Shenayda to order). You can also add vitamins and minerals supplements… calcium, magnesium, and Vitamin D can help.

There’s also Rescue Remedy, a Bach Flower essence, easily available at Sprout’s and other locations. You can sit out in the sunlight for 25 minutes, or take a bath with epsom salts, or sea salts and red vinegar.

Whichever method you find works best for you, take care of yourselves!

Direction and discipline of the mind. A calm mind means also courage, that is, refusing anger to dominate, using thought power rather than let it use you.

In the small book called “The Feet of the Master”, it states:

A student of life has

   1. Direction and discipline of the mind. A calm mind means also courage, that is, refusing anger to dominate, using thought power rather than let it use you.

   2. Right action to be useful. thought moves to action, leaving others to do their own work, in their own way. In taking up higher work, ordinary duties are not forgotten.

   3. Compassion. You have no way of knowing what another needs or feels. Trust that they are doing the best they can.

   4. Cheerfulness. Keep your mood up, you cannot serve others if life gets you down.

   5. One-pointedness. Stay true to your path and dream.

   6. Confidence is to trust yourself and continue to know the real you, and love yourself and your fellow man like God loves you.

As a student of life, I wish you well. Thank you for your light in this world of change.

Time to Simplify, Diversify and Generate

Time to Simplify, Diversify and Generate

While the world is focusing on the upcoming elections, the economy, personal needs — food, shelter, clothing — we are reminded that these three key words are to be implemented.

Simplify:

cleaning items out of your home that no longer serve you

scaling your expenses to what is serving you currently

thinking about long-range investing, such as building savings, buying gold and things of physical value

Diversify:
Diversification means allowing the creative flow of ideas and service that are needed at this time. Many of you have skills or have wanted to develop skills, and now is the time to place these talents into physical action, which can mean for a lot of us doing more than one thing. That doesn’t mean working from morning until night, but it does mean utilizing your time and still accomplish different jobs and tasks.

Generate:
Generating is a skill which begins with:

the idea

the desire, interest, or passion

feeling it and seeing it in action

saying a key phrase that indicates to you that it is completed, and let go

We are one family moving toward the light assisting and serving each other, and I send you all Love and Light, Shenayda

What New Start are You Seeking?

What a slow start this “one” universal year has been, as a small trickle of energy flow begins to find it’s way to our wanting minds. Survival and thriving is on our dawning thoughts, for some monetary, for some emotional. I’m more aware than ever that the divine order is in charge, whether we like it or not.

So stand up, show up and remind ourselves “now is all we have.” We can fight it, or we can allow the movement of our lives. Take in the joy of being alive and able to smell, taste, feel and spring into new possibilities.
