Spiral Dance: July 2010

A Woman’s Rites of Passage to Honor the Sacred Goddess and Dance the Spiral of Rebirth

An intensely personal experience, the Dance invokes a consciousness of our desire to be aligned and balanced with nature-to be in touch with the changes of season and moon phases which signal our own passages and changes.

This retreat was created by Shenayda and has been taught by her for the last 25 years around the USA and Mexico. It entails deep work as well as playfulness as you come forth to express yourself as the Goddess who knows who she is and is willing to express it.
