What courses through our veins,
lets us know much has been given in vain,
and in the foolish draining of energy to those in change.
Fooled by spirits
whose hearts have not yet found their purpose,
they must be walked around.
To save our Immortal soul, for sound body and mind,
discrimination must we must find.
A Lake of Essence where we must ground.
All else must go to the shore, where we will visit,
to do our part with a healthier Heart.
The Lake is free and playful,
the real self a watcher be,
that is the essence of me.
I hope you enjoy this meditation, and may it assist you in finding your own twin soul.
In my practice, and also with the teachings as well, I find many sensitive beings who have difficulties with the paradox of being one and separate. What happens is confusion and health issues as we absorb the dramas we are unable to discriminate.
This meditation also helps clear in order to stay in your joy.
